Website orders: All NuraBella Jewelry is made to order at our studio in Manchester, NH    We make each jewelry piece per order therefore it can take up to 6 business days to ship but we will usually ship in the next 3-5 business days. We know how much you want your purchase so we will try and ship as soon as possible

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping fees for small items such as jewelry are calculated based on the number of items to be shipped. For your convenience, we offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and can ship world-wide.

Our return policy means that if you are not fully happy with our jewelry you received, you can exchange it or receive NuraBella credit (A gift certificate) for your return purchase.

All items are returnable for exchange or credit within 5 business days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice. Call or e-mail customer service--please provide your invoice number. Returns of special orders will not be accepted. Please notify Nurabella within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order.

We will not process returns on custom designs, NO EXCEPTIONS .

Also all clearance items are final sale- sorry, no exchange or returns.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.
